Delivery and Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Bling. We take pride in our quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of earrings.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender and Bling cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during transit. For this reason, we highly recommend using insured registered post via Australia Post.

If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to re-appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding the status of your exchange or refund, please contact us at blingshopau@gmail.com. This will be the quickest way for us to answer your query.

Replacements & Faults:

If you believe that you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please get in touch with us at blingshopau@gmail.com. This will be the quickest way for us to answer your query.

 

All Bling products come with a 3-month warranty (from the date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as a result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. The warranty does not include mishandling.

Mishandling includes:

  • Shipping

  • Accidents

  • Abusive knock

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Ageing & natural tarnishing

Standard Postage on orders within Australia are AUD$10.50 per order.

 

Delivery time

We use Australia Post which is 5-7 business days delivery depending on your location. 

If you have not received your item/s within 7 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and leaves our store you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post for pick up.

International delivery

We frequently post items to New Zealand, USA, Canada, most of Europe, South Africa and most of Asia. For other countries please email blingshopau@gmail.com for costs and availability.
